Seated Yoga is a 60-minute group exercise class that integrates gentle yoga postures in the seated, standing, and supine positions; all exercises can be modified making this a class for all levels of physical abilities.
The class is designed to help emphasize:
- Correct alignment
- Flexibility, and
- Strength building
Seated Yoga is for people who are interested in learning and applying principles of yoga to focus on breathing, alignment, and flexibility
Seated Yoga is taught by Nancy VanKanegan, a certified yoga instructor who is trained in adapting and adjusting postures to fit ALL levels of physical abilities.
