This project develops a computer treatment program that allows individuals with aphasia to practice reading aloud sentences together with an animated “therapist” on the computer. The purpose of the treatment is to improve speaking and reading comprehension. The project evaluates the efficacy of this computer program and helps determine the best number of hours per week to practice

- Must be at least 6 months since stroke onset
Travel and parking expenses reimbursed for the assessments.
