Using Musculoskeletal Modeling to Investigate Individual and Combined Muscle Function

Objective

Understanding the contribution of healthy individual muscles is critical in understanding abnormal walking mechanisms. We will be performing experiments on lower extremity muscles to observe their effects on the hip and knee joints and to use them to evaluate a musculoskeletal model of the lower body.
