Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago Academy

Continuing Education (CE) & Training for Rehabilitation Professionals

Since 1991, Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) has been ranked the "Best Rehabilitation Hospital in America" by U.S.News & World Report (opens in new window). RIC earned this recognition, in part, because of its dedication to providing education to rehabilitation professionals.

Each year the RIC Academy offers over 100 continuing education (CE) courses at RIC's Flagship Hospital in Chicago and at other locations across the United States. These courses are especially designed for rehabilitation professionals such as physicians, nurses and allied health professionals, including occupational therapists (OTR/Ls), certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs), physical therapists (PTs), physical therapy assistants (PTAs), speech language pathologists, (SLPs) and speech language pathology assistants (SLPAs).

The RIC Academy also provides customized outreach programs for healthcare organizations and insurance companies from around the world.
