All conference facilities are wheelchair accessible. Accessible materials and sign language interpretation are available with at least 45-days advance notice.

Refunds

Tuition, less a 20 percent administrative charge, is refundable if RIC receives a written cancellation notice one week prior to the program's start. No refunds will be given after this date. RIC reserves the right to cancel or change a program for due cause. Cancellation by RIC will result in a full refund of tuition.
