To register online for one of the courses listed in the course calendar, follow the corresponding "Register Now" link. To register by mail or by fax, download the RIC Academy printable registration form (PDF) here. Fax your completed registration (if paying by credit card) to 312-238-4451 or mail it with check payment to the address listed in the "Contact The Academy" section on the left side of this page.

Special Notice for RIC Employees and Staff at Strategic Alliances

Please note that RIC Academy courses have limited seats available for RIC employees and staff employed by our strategic alliances. To check available seats for a particular course, click the "Register Now" link which will take you to the login screen where you will be able to see the "Employee Registration" link. If all of the employee seats are filled, the link will be inactive. To add your name to the waiting list for an employee seat, please contact Mary Eugene at (312) 238-4251 or meugene@ric.org.

Group Discount Policy

To qualify for group discount rates (you do not need to be from the same facility), registrants must mail, fax, or enter online the group's registrations together. Group members cannot receive the discount rate if the registrations are sent separately. The group discount rates are not available for the webinars.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Refunds, less a 20% administrative charge, will be given if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days before the course's start date. RIC reserves the right to cancel or change any programs for due cause.

Cancellation of a program by RIC will result in a full refund of tuition. RIC is not responsible for the refund of travel or hotel expenses under any circumstance.
