RIC's Corporate Partners Program

In Good Company

Corporate contributions create new opportunities for people with disabilities by supporting world-class patient care, research, education and other vital initiatives of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC). In return, the Corporate Partners Program provides your company with valuable public relations benefits, as well as optional opportunities to sponsor premier events organized by our Women's Board and Associate Board. In addition, your company's alliance with RIC connects you to professional resources for developing a cutting-edge corporate diversity inclusion program. Corporate Partners join the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago's Business TEAM, an organization of 120 of Chicago's corporate leaders working together to expand employment of people with disabilities. Through this network, your human resources and diversity inclusion professionals gain access to:

  • Expert advice on diversity training and compliance with worker's compensation laws, ADA and EEOC guidelines
  • On-site accessibility consultations
  • Opportunity to obtain counsel on interviewing, hiring and accommodating qualified people with disabilities
  • Consultation on integrating people with disabilities into corporate culture, in accordance with diversity inclusion programs

Opportunities to join RIC's Corporate Partners Program are available at several levels, and we will tailor your involvement with us — including a benefits package — to meet your company's specific needs and interests.

We invite you to learn more about becoming a corporate partner. To discuss the ways your company can partner with RIC, please contact:
