Register for the 14th Annual John Dolan Golf Challenge

 

The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and The John Dolan Golf Challenge Committee thank you for participating in the 14th Annual John Dolan Golf Challenge. The event will benefit RIC’s Caring for Kids Program, a valuable component of the Wirtz Sports Program, which provides adaptive sport and recreational opportunities for children with disabilities.

The Challenge will be held at The Merit Club in Libertyville, Ill., on June 16, 2008. The day includes a pre-lunch buffet, 18 holes of golf, a commemorative golf shirt and an award reception. This year we are pleased to offer two levels of player reservations and four sponsorship opportunities.
