John Dolan Golf Challenge

The John Dolan Golf Challenge is a premier golf event that teams a foursome with a player who has a disability. The event is held each June at the exclusive Merit Club in Libertyville, IL. The Challenge, conducted in partnership with the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC), raises funds for the Institute's Pediatric Care Fund and the Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Sports Program.

RIC board member Dan Dolan started the first John Dolan Golf Challenge in 1995 in memory of his son, John Morgan Dolan, to celebrate his spirit and share it with others. The Dolans share in RIC's commitment to work toward improving the lives of individuals with physical disabilities.

The 15th Annual John Dolan Golf Challenge will be on Monday, June 15, 2009. All proceeds benefit RIC's Caring for Kids Program. Register or submit a donation online here.
