Wheelchair Basketball
RIC Sports offers three cross-disability wheelchair basketball programs:
All basketball programs are affiliated with the National Wheelchair Basketball Association and are played in accordance with NCAA rules, with a few exceptions that are outlined by the NWBA (opens in new window) .
The RIC Hornets and RIC Sky participate in tournaments and competitions throughout Illinois and the midwest. Junior basketball players may participate on the Hornets or Sky teams.
