Why Tai Chi?
Tai Chi uses gentle and healing movements that help to improve balance, coordination, and strength. Tai Chi is restorative, rejuvenative, and relaxing. Tai Chi encourages deep breathing and self massage, and can help to lower blood pressure. Tai Chi can be performed by people of any fitness level either sitting or standing.
