RIC Prosthetics & Orthotics Clinical Center Facility

Our ABC Accredited patient care and fabrication facility on the 17th floor of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago's (RIC) Flagship Hospital allows us to design a unique device for your individual needs and to make modifications to the fit, function, or design of your device when needed.  Not only is it convenient for you to visit your physician, therapist and prosthetist all in one building, but it facilitates the best communication possible. 

We often collaborate with professionals in other RIC departments, including Rehabilitation Engineering, Seating & Positioning and Research. Each clinician has unique patient care hours each day of the week. 

Prosthetic and orthotic services are offered at a number of other locations throughout the RIC system of care.  The following sites offer orthotics, pedorthics, and/or prosthetics (go to the locations area of this Web site for maps and directions):
