M. Mehdi Mirbagheri, PhD is currently researching characterization of neuromuscular properties of upper and lower extremities in normal and spastic subjects; Diagnosis and treatment of spasticity; Relationship between abnormal neuromuscular properties and impaired voluntary movement; Understanding the mechanisms underlying disability; Quantifying the effects of therapeutic intervention on abnormal neuromuscular properties; Restoration of neuromuscular function in stroke and spinal cord injured subjects..
