Two physicians from RIC's Spine and Sports Rehabilitation program were quoted in an article published today on the front page of the Chicago Tribune. The article "Chiropractors: How much can they really heal?" discussed different approaches to the practice of spinal manipulation. Dr. Joel Press, medical director for the RIC program, is quoted as saying chiropractic care can be "a good adjunct to musculoskeletal care."

RIC employs two chiropractors, Dr. Scott Fonda and Dr. Natasha Kim, as part of the Spine and Sports program. Dr. Fonda' photo appeared in the Tribune, and he advised readers of an associated article to seek out a chiropractor who uses an evidence-based approach and is willing to work with other medical professionals.
