Neural Engineering Center Techniques Featured in The Lancet

The Lancet, the world's foremost medical journal recognized as an independent and authoritative voice in global medicine for more then 180 years, published as its cover story an article authored by RIC's own Dr. Todd Kuiken, Laura Miller, Ph.D. and prosthetist, Robert Lipschutz, prosthetist, Kathy Stubblefield, occupational therapist, Blair Lock, engineer and Paul Marasco, research associate. The article titled, "Targeted Reinnervation for Enhanced Prosthetic Arm Function in Woman with a Proximal Amputation," demonstrates the growing global reach and leadership of RIC's research in Bionic Medicine.
