Research Interests

focuses on benefits derived from a lower fat diet that is rich in fruit, vegetables, protein and whole-grain fiber. The Diet and Hormone Study, the Women's Health Initiative, and International Study of Macronutrients and Blood Pressure (INTERMAP) are a sampling of the studies in which she's participated. Multi-center collaborative trials include Multiple Risk Factor Intervention, the Diet Intervention Study in Children, and the study of Coronary Artery Risk Reduction in Young Adults
