Science Finds No Benefit to Working Out in Front of a Mirror

We all know one of those guys in the gym. Sporting a pair of enormous arms, they stand inches away from the dumbbell rack, endlessly performing variations of bicep curls in the mirror "to check their form".

There's nothing wrong with a little self-love in the gym – but new research has found that there's little benefit to lifting weights in front of a mirror (unless you're ridiculously good-looking).
